From the top. You are kept on hold for an age, which is fine if calling from the UK but when calling from overseas it costs me a fortune. If only the technology existed to identify overseas callers and bump them up the list.....
Once I got to speak to a human the service was quick and efficient. I was promised an email with the necessary documentation in 10 minutes, it arrived in 7 minutes.
The forms were signed, scanned back to the email address along with a couple of questions, the answers to which are extremely important to me. Unfortunately my email resulted in an automated reply advising me that it would take up to 30 working days for my query to be dealt with.
Having said that, the key challenge was addressed as a payment was made to me within hours of submitting my documentation, I still don't have an answer to my questions.
My summary would be that the process is flawed but the real people are fabulous.
