I'm a regular customer and never had a problem before until yesterday when my sister placed an order and then took my crying baby to the car to help settle him leaving me to collect the order. The lady began preparing it in a ready to eat container so I asked her if she could pack it to takeaway. She sighed loudly, didn't give me an answer so I said you can just tip it into the other container so you're not wasting the ingredients to which she answered "No, it's not that, I'm having to waste a container now because of you and waste money". This lady did not ask if we wanted it packed or ready to eat before preparing it. She continued to pack our order angrily. The remaining 2 we ordered were hardly filled to the top like they are usually. I felt incredibly awkward and awful so once she was done and I was ready to pay I told her to add the cost of the container she had to waste to the bill. She declined this but I left that place yesterday feeling extremely hurt. That's not how you're supposed to treat your customers especially when you didn't ask if we wanted it to takeaway or to eat it there. That was your job.
