        Spent over 25 on a balloon arrangement. Very simple, a purple latex balloon inside a transparent bubble. 5-6 small latex balloons on a bit of nice fabric ribbon with some glittery writing on. It was deflating within 2 hours. Took it back and staff inflated it again but it didn't even survive until the party 4 hours later. Thoroughly disappointed. Genuinely feel robbed. Was told it would last 3-5 days. Absolute rip off.
