Customer service is appalling. They literally couldn't care less. We've been lied to so many times now it's not even funny now. We've been booked into a hotel in NYC that's been permanently closed since the beginning of the pandemic and we've had zero communication. Completely mis sold our holiday and they think it's funny. Bloody awful service from what is perceived a top holiday company. Never ever again. Anyone making a comparison go BA EVERY SINGLE TIME because this couldn't care less.

Waited over 100 days for a refund last year and, to welcome me back to a store, I have now become unknown. Brilliant. Had months to set up a mail out!

Disgraceful response to issuing refunds. Usually spend 30k+ per year on family holidays; never again with the cowboy setup!

No option for zero stars which even then would be generous. There are some great travel companies out there, unfortunately this is definitely not one of them. Major property problems totally ignored in Florida by their non existent reps. Spent over 2 weeks in a filthy property that was not as described in their details and photos on their website but no one cares, you've paid, we've allowed you to come now shut up and leave us alone. We had no towels, filthy pool, filthy villa, no kitchen at all really as most of the obvious things you'd have in your kitchen they seem to think we don't need on holiday. Limited cutlery (4 spoons & 3 forks are the standout) limited plates and bowls, broken glasses left in cupboard, no kettle. The list goes on, but they managed to ignore me asking about this for the full 16 days we were there. We had to go buy towels on first day and good job we did because none were ever dropped off and to make sure we struggled all through they even missed the mid stay clean we paid extra for. Complained when back in the UK and they also ignore you, so best thing to do is warn everyone else how bad they are. Spend your money elsewhere, customer service is not even awful, it's non existent. They fall over themselves when you are booking the holiday then once the cheque clears they lose all interest in you even existing. Alternatively get arrested and put in prison for a couple of weeks, because you'll be better looked after.
