        It all started so well.... when we booked a few months ago the service was great. We were told we had a dedicated person we could call if we had any questions, amendments etc. Both times we called she wasn't there - and despite leaving messages didn't bother getting back to us. We were also told she would call 2 weeks before the holiday to make sure all was well etc. Didn't happen. We were thinking of using Sovereign rather than TUI for future 'bigger' holidays, but not sure they're any better now to be honest.
