My dog Bailey spent one day a week every week with jo and the crew and she loved/loved it every time ! Comes home tierd and worn out from playing with all her doggy friends ,the staff are great and fun and always have the dogs best interest at heart , lovely secure camp with a dry chill room plenty of space for all the dogs , really fab place and love seeing the updated photos , keep up the good work gang your amazing !! X

My labradoodle was groomed recently here. They were very understanding with his reluctance to have this done and did an outstanding job considering his antics. I was very happy with the result at a very reasonable price. All my queries are always answered immediately and I find Jo's whole service extremely professional. My dog Jordan absolutely loves going here and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They collected our Bichon Frise to 'jos creature comforts'. None of the animals were secured in the vehicle. My dog was gone for 6 hours, all of which he did not enjoy, very stressed. Came home, HAD NOT BEEN WASHED DESPITE 'CLAIM' HE HAD BEEN. extremely stressed and hid as soon as he came home. Made a mess of his ears, not brushed, and poor, lackluster 'attempt' at clippering. I would not reccomend in the slightest and deem this as a total and utter waste of my hard earned money. I washed him myself when i came home, with hin crying and whimpering the entire time. He had been 'sprayed' with a perfume to make out he had been washed. Take your animal at your own risk, was offered a free groom as compensation, but would in no way put my dog through that again! The incident occured on the 27th of June 2018. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Have been using Jo and the team since 2016 to walk, care for and groom my Bearded Collie. As a puppy he was a bit shy and I thought that having him walked with other dogs would help develop his confidence. The first few days he wasn't sure what was going on but now absolutely loves his walks, jumps at the front door when he hears the door bell at his walk time and leaps happily into the van. Comes back tired but happy, usually flops down for a snooze for a few hours. Have had half and full day walks and doggy day care all of which were great and resulted in a happy dog. Have had numerous grooms and had no issues, I explain how I want him cut (depending on the time of year and weather) and that's what gets done. Staff are always polite and courteous and take the time to answer any questions I have about his behaviour or what he has been up to (they sometimes have to wait for him to get out of the water, he loves it) Would highly recommend.
