I researched what treatment I felt I needed and chose a osteopathic massage. It was the best decision, Gemma in 'one session' took away a pain I'd had for the large part of a year. Reminded me of how amazing the body is, but how important the right treatment is from the right person. I thought this was the start of a serious hip issue but turns out it just needed manipulation. I have a complex history of back issues and pain, so my comments do not come lightly. Just been for my second appointment for other areas needing support, but the hip wasn't one. Highly recommend!

I've been working Stefano for the past 6 months or so. I cannot recommend him more. He's aided my recovery from leg, hip and back pain. Proceeding with monthly checkups I have been mainly pain free. He's very knowledgeable, a keen sportsman and a great guy to chat to during the visits. 10/10

I have had a number of issues over the years with my back & neck pain of which Justine & her practitioners have been fantastic at helping with. I highly recommend the practice and continue to use them for preventive maintenance.
