George and Peter were fabulous. I had a really tricky Juliet balcony to install, without much-needed scaffolding, and they were excellent from start to finish. They listened to my concerns about the installation, put my mind at ease and then successfully completed what I consider to be a really challenging job. Jorge was prepared to take on a challenge with our project as we had built a bespoke patio with curved steps down to the garden. Unlike the majority of other companies we requested quotes from, Jorge was prepared to meet us to view our patio and talk about solutions. He spent some time finding out what we really liked and what was feasible and suggested what would look best. Installing the railings along the steps was a real challenge and I could see Jorge enjoyed the challenge too. The end result was superb. Balcony Installations didn't just supply and fit, they helped us with the design and continuously kept us updated with delivery schedules and Jorge was an excellent communicator. We are delighted with our patio balustrading and we would thoroughly recommend Balcony Installations to anyone.
