Mercedes-Benz of Gatwick

For several years, we had been looked after by Jamie. He was experienced, knowledgeable and communicated well. Christian is enthusiastic but inexperienced and does not seem to be getting adequate training/supervision. A little while ago, when in for an MoT, he said work needed doing, ideally at the next service , which would be covered by warranty. When taken in for the service, he said the warranty had expired, so the work was not covered. At the least that is unhelpful. He did not call to tell us the car was ready. All things that affect service quality but result from inexperience and lack of proper managerial support

Not the best of starts with car or service persons but slowly we got there and today Peter in the service department has definitely lived up to the expected mercedes standard...re thinking about buying mercedes again that I wouldn't have at the start.

Excellent service. The provision of work booths that enables customers to carry on working while waiting is very much appreciated.

Staff I spoke with were all pleasant and helpful. I love how you give my car back cleaned and washed. I really appreciate this service. Good job team.
