I've come away from an introductory session in no doubt about Sifu Umar's passion and knowledge. I felt very welcome and am looking forward to the prospect of rekindling some old skills and learning new ones.

I was looking for an academy that could keep me fit, but also skills to defend myself. Couldn't find a better place. Great experience, great atmosphere and mainly, a good balanced place. Everybody is very professional, supportive and highly knowledgeable. Specially the Sifu. Highly recommended.

My son had his free session With shifu umar and his team, we was very impressed With the informative knowledge the team has With the Martial arts they ar teaching. My son cant wait to have his next lesson and progress to be a Great martial Artist he can be. Lots of respect to everyone. Keep Up the Good Work guys.
