My 2 boys have just started and they absolutely love it! They were nervous about going but was made to feel at ease and they cant wait to go back! Was only going to do once a week but they want to go more!

Abid has looked after me since I started with him, he gave me the opportunity to grow confidence and demonstrated to me the reasons as to why people love the sport. Abid has pushed me to my limits and thats exactly what I was looking for in a coach. Hes shown me discipline, respect and patience, as a beginner I couldnt even throw a jab straight, I wanted to go in the ring as i thought it was just as simple as that, after the very first session, I realised its not as easy as it seems. Boxing helps your core, stamina and normal discipline in life, If you feel like youre missing some of these attributes, AKS gym is the place for you ! If I could give more stars I would but the number was limited. Dont feel shy to pop up, abid and his team are very welcoming !!
