        Bought a wireless tens machine, worked twice then nothing since then, very disappointed as it did seem to help with the pain initially.

        I bought a ET-100D thermometer unit for my little one which started to give me incorrect readings. Upon calling customer care they kept challenging me instead of trying to help. Eventually when I manage to send the unit back(on my expense) I was told that the unit is fine. Unreliable product and really poor customer service. I am never buying Kinetik again.

        A thoughtful and caring company with a really good customer care advisor. I had problems with a blood pressure monitor and returned it to them, and although it took a little while they confirmed that it was faulty and arranged for a refund, keeping me fully informed throughout the process.
