        I bought and installed some Caleido Vertical Radiators about 10 years ago (not from IRSAP), but needed the answer to a technical enquiry I had regarding the way they should be plumbed in. I contacted IRSAP as they appeared to be the UK agent for these excellent Radiators and they were extremely helpful by referring my enquiry to their Technical Manager and sending me a copy of the installation instructions. They made no charge for this and as a result, I will seriously consider using them in future when ordering new Radiators, given this excellent service I have received.
