They understood what I was asking for as my electrician told me what I needed but as I didn't quite know they explained.
Everything I needed was in stock and I collected that day. Would definately recommend them to others.

I recently purchased 200 of sockets and switches from this Company.
I waited three weeks for delivery due to one item not being in stock. When I eventually received the goods they were all fitted and the usb socket (which had held up my delivery) was found to be faulty.
I contacted them to advise and duly sent the item back. When I queried when I would receive a refund I was told that they had not received the return, even though I packed it myself and I have a tracking number showing delivery to their stores.
Kudos to Louise in Customer Services, who contacted me directly and rectified the situation. I would give her, and the products, 5 stars however the warehouse team let the Company down on this occasion.
