Shelli has always helped me focus and prioritise my busy work parenting lifestyle helping me balance with exercise, commenting every time with encouragement to diet advice. Too more recently helping and reassuring me iam doing a fab job with home schooling. Shelli is caring, compassionate and driven and grounds me when iam stressed, her words and messages... shes invaluable.

I first met First steps life coaching when i was around 15 at a local youth centre. There she was a youth worker. Something about her made us all feel welcome and safe when we were around her, you could tell her anything without judgement or regret and she would always know what to say and how to deal with the situation. Skip a few years on and ive recently suffered multiple devasting changes to my life and the first and only person i though to speak to was shelli!. What a service! After a few conversations i am on the right path to get back in the swing of life after being able to feel safe to talk through everythng and then to sort out a plan to stay in a good place.. Since then i have had a few check up messages to see how i am and if i need to talk!. Ive personally been to different counselling sessions with other places, therapy etc and ive found i managed to reveal more and deal with more with first steps and wouldnt hesitate in using her services in future and to recommend them to others that are in need I really appreciate your help and im so glad i met you !!! Thank you for everything you have done for me not sure where i would be without all your help Xxx

Shelli is a fantastic life coach who not only listens, but shows understanding and guides me and my thought process down a more positive and pro active route. My confidence in my career and personal life has been positively transformed. Shelli worked with me to completely brake down the barriers in my negative thought process, helped me develop a different perspective into my own thinking and given me tools to allow me to gain clarity when sometimes I couldnt see a way forward. I absolutely recommend Shelley as a life coach. She is a wonderful listener, caring, compassionate, honest and motivating. She has a unique ability to pinpoint the challenges you are facing, and has many tools to help get you where you want to be. Shes always pushing you forward, always rooting for you, always ready to celebrate and build on your successes.
