I had to speak with Irwin Mitchell as I was in need of legal advice on my Redundancy offer from my organisation. The teams at Irwin Mitchell were very understanding of my situation and that i needed a very quick turnaround as I was due to leave the organisation 4 days later. Ruth was excellent in arranging a call with Robin Gronbech who went through each stage of the process and gave me very good ad clear advice, for once, a professional that didnt speak down to me or belittle the stress I was feeling.
