I just wanted to share some positive feedback of our experience at Land Rover with James Poplett. Although we ended up buying our car elsewhere, he was incredibly helpful, knowledge and friendly in helping us pick the right model for us. We highly recommend this branch for any future car purchases.

Appallingly service. Booked in for a one day job, yet last minute told two days. Didnt even open the car to look at it until the afternoon of day three (the jaguar app tells tales). At this point told it needed the work doing that jaguar assist had already advised hence car booked in in the first place, and you had the report! All the time we had to chase, no thought for the inconvenience. In the end it took a week to get the car back. A premium brand offering 4th rate service. No apology. Will now be considering moving away from jaguar after many years custom
