Brilliant service experience from Gatwick Kia and especially from one of the managers Sophie. She managed to squeeze my car in to a busy workshop at short notice to have my vehicle back on the road within a couple of hours all at a very competitive price!

A very rude staff. Avoid if you can; KIA is not honoring seven years warranty, is gaslighting customers, manipulating customers through their dealers to avoid responsibility for free-of-charge repairs. Dear KIA Gatwick Group, I have the correct dealership, your staff is very rude to customers, and the management is incompetent and bellies towards visitors.

Recently visited with my partner as we are looking to buy a new car, they must have had a fantastic month of sales as they didn't seem to want to sell to us. We have been torn between two cars and our preferred option was the Kia Sportage, asked for information whilst standing next to the car and we were guided away to the desk to discuss finance. We were not shown the car at all. Asked how to book a test drive and told to call in they are usually available - but no offer to book one in. Surely us asking is a pretty clear indication we are interested. We ran through some features of the other car that we particularly liked and asked whether they had similar on the KIA, each one was just a no....this car doesn't have that. At no point did they bother to tell us what it did have or offer to show us. So unsurprisingly we have gone with the other vehicle.

Avoid at any cost, The service advisors are very rude refuse to fix my car under the warranty, avoid if you can. Very rude Manager Sophie banned my friend and falsely accusing him that he was aggressive, That is the KIA Gatwick Group Avoid at any cost !

Very rude customer service (Mr Tom and Mr Priyesh) and Sophie manager will ban you from the saloon if you do not satisfy her needs. the garage is not honouring the KIA warranty, be aware before you get your Kia, they will assure you that they do, but they won't Very rude and nasty people. Avoid if you can. Avoid if you can.
