Diagnosed with high blood pressure 6 months into annual insurance cover. Contacted them to notify them that tablets were now being taken to control this on my policy. Told I can't add anything and told my only option was to have the policy cancelled with no refund and for them to start a new policy. How can this be right?

Disgusting Took out hoilday insurance and medical cover for a family of 5. My little fractured his arm in 3 places got emergency medical treatment and called rock when returned home. Rock refused to pay back any medical expenses because we didnt get authorisation before getting him seen. This happened at night time and when trying to contact rock on the numbers provided they did not work. My 5 year old was going into shock with pain we didnt have time to find numbers and get authorisation for him to be seen it was an emergency situation. The policy isnt worth the paper its written on. Even the call centre agent didnt agree with the decision from management

Dont trust this cowboy outfit theyve taken money out of my Account!!! I never even had a renewal request.? my next step Twitter and other social media platforms until I get my money back
