Ordered my new car today, service was very pleasent, Chris pratt was warm, welcoming, very informative and spoke us through every step answering every questions we had. I had my options open but he went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me so I went back to hyundai as it just felt the most compassionate and professional place, I will definitely be staying with them. Hilariously incompetent I booked a test drive but it was scheduled exactly at opening time so it took a while for everything to be opened up. We then proceeded with the insurance and they got the car ready for the test drive, the wrong car! So back to the desk again, finally right vehicle turned up, and off we went (better late than never). I liked the car, especially in that colour and was ready to buy it. That said a younger model of the same vehicle was on offer elsewhere (but different colour) so I asked if they could do something on the price. Reasonable question but the manager was out and nobody else had the authority to answer it so I was promised an email as soon as the manager got back. Two days later I called for an update and was promised a call back. Another two days later I called again, and was promised a call back. Well, I still havent heard anything so I have now given up (the car is still for sale by the way....) What in the world is going on here?
