Been few times there for business trips, rooms are old and tiny, furniture is old, i have seen better crowne P hotels, front desk staff is nice, restaurant staff is slow during lunch, can easily take +30 min to get your order or food , maybe lack of staff, gym has a few machines broken, location is good and convenient Food & drinks: restaurant staff is slow during lunch, can easily take +30 min to get your order or food , maybe lack of staff

One of the best hotels in the area is lovely staff. It is a great service out of the box cleaning and very well maintained, specifically new furbished rooms. It looks awesome. I recommend all the people whose business travlers should be staying in Crowne Plaza Gatwick London Thanks for front office tea they are really helpful
