Absolutely shocking customer service and no professionalism at all .. my car was left for 10 days .. car was in perfect condition , until we got back to pick the car up and it was still 10 miles away in the yard in the middle of nowhere ... I had 2 young children and this was already 11pm at night ... the car wouldn't start so,s they could bring it to the meet and greet so we wait an hour for a minibus to collect us to take us to the car ... unbeknown to us this would be a very long night ... we get to the car and it indeed won't start .. so we come to the conclusion the battery is dead .. the AA get called . Who were brilliant once there btw .... after 3.5. Hours we find out they had left on the radio in the car and it and drained the battery which kicked in the immobiliser ... if we hadn't of had brakedown cover god knows how we would have got out of that situation .. all the while the guy on reception back at Gatwick was incredibly rude and at one point expected the driver of the minibus to leave us there as he needed the bus !.. a family , in tye middle of the night ,in the middle of nowhere!.... we had since had no apology or and recognition for their actions and consequences we had to face.... I definitely do not recommend .........
