We have stayed at Hookwood Lodge before, and were very surprised this time to find that our room had dirty bed side tables, dirty bathroom floor, dirty coffee mugs and very "tired" furnishings and furniture. (arrived very late, so could not call anyone) Good TV though. (Room no 10)
We would definitely stay again, and trust that this was just a one off problem.
