The gentleman who came was very friendly and polite, however he could only clear 3/4 of the gutters as it was apparently too high and too difficult to access. Surely a guterring company should have the right equipment right?
As for the roof, there was no difference before/after.
I contacted the company several times by whatsapp, phone, email, even reached out to the lady who sent me a survey to complete. Nothing, no acknowledgment, no reply, no communication at all.
Needless to say that it was 150 totally wasted, I feel I got totally robbed.
I'd like to think that most people are happy with this company services nost of the time, however my case was different and I am extremely disappointed. I called in a professional and I didn't expect a job half done, not mentioning the non-existing customer service.
Will not use again or recommend.
