Manjit and the team are exceptional. Losing a loved one is difficult and arranging a funeral is something that you need professionals to advise, lead and deliver an excellent send off. Manjit took the lead, with empathy and professionalism and is a credit to Ballard and Shortall. The drivers and pall bearers were also professional whilst remaining friendly and considerate. Thank you for helping us remember our dad in the best way possible.

Nicki and her team were really supportive and attentive to our needs. They respectfully discussed and agreed the arrangements with us, ensuring the funeral went smoothly. The officiant they arranged for us helped us choose the perfect service for our loved one. I, and my family, cannot recommend Ballard & Shortall enough. They regularly kept me informed of progress, and have continued to support us after the funeral. They fully deserve a 5 star rating.

We were truly blessed to have been recommended to Ballard & Shortall by a family member. Manjit was exceptional at handling all our requirements for my father in laws funeral. She was patient, helpful and understanding with all the arrangements as we were oblivious to what we needed to do, we had never had to arrange a funeral before. I would highly recommend their services, without a shadow of a doubt.

When our mother sadly passed away in Feb we had no hesitation in contacting Ballard &Shortall in Crawley to ask them to act as funeral directors. We had used them a number of years earlier when my father died and had been very impressed with the service provided. The whole experience this time was just as good, if not better. Paul, Nicki, Manjit and the rest of their team were compassionate, patient, friendly and attentive to our needs from start to finish. They helped make a very sad event easy to manage and took so much of the stress away with their flawless professionalism and kindness. Nothing was a problem for them and their efforts and advice helped ensure that the whole day of our mothers funeral ran exactly as we hope she would have wanted it to.
