Their sensitivity, politeness and attention to detail was much appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone. It was truly excellent value for money and my family are eternally thankful.

        We cannot praise Ballard and Shortall enough for arranging the funeral of my late brother. Kevin West guided us through all of the arrangements, procedures and paperwork with care and compassion. On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and with dignity.
