        Arranging a funeral is a very difficult thing to do. I chose Francis Chappel for my mothers funeral because Mum had used them for my dads funeral 34 years before. Kim at the Crawley branch was excellent and made the decision making as smooth as possible. We could go into the branch or phone anytime if we had any questions, nothing was too much trouble to her. When my husband and I went to see Mum for the last time Kim was there if we needed her and although it was so sad we had lost Mum she looked at peace. I am so glad we decided to use Francis Chappel and say a big Thank You to Kim and the whole team at Crawley.

        Kim & Keeley were empathetic, caring and gentle through out all of the arrangements. They answered what felt like endless "dumb arse" questions with patience. On the day of the funeral Nigel was excellent, leading us through a very challenging day.
