I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday and there was a bit of a hitch which meant that they weren't delivered when expected. Gav called me to explain and apologise and then went above and beyond to make the experience excellent. The best customer service and care I have ever experienced from a florist and my mum was DELIGHTED with the service and personal care she received. I will make it my mission to only use First Class flowers whenever possible in the area now. Thank you so much!

I'd been really let down by an online florist (shocking flowers that rotted 2 days after delivery!) so decided to call a high street florist near the recipient. The lady I spoke to at 10.50, was super helpful, said they'd got the flowers I wanted and yes, they could be delivered today. 1 hour and 10 minutes later and the bouquet had been delivered to my friend and she was over the moon. She says the quality and smell are amazing! Will definitely order from First Class Flowers again and so will my friend! Thank you so much for turning a bad online experience around

First class flowers are exactly what it says, First class. Gavin helped our family at our most saddest of times. He put together a wonderful wreath, exactly as we asked. It was amazing. Gavin and team are so helpful and kind, and they go above and beyond to make sure they get everything perfect for each individual.

Overly priced tulips at 19.95 ( even the day after valentines day ) I happily pay between 8 - 10 for quality tulips at my local town florist so genuinely thought he was joking when he told me the price. He advised me not to shop there again. . Dont worry, at that price and with his rude attitude I wont!! #avoid
