        Have tried to transfer my funds to my personal SIPP. I had a whole list of intrusive questions to answer and then they came back asking for information as to where my funds were being invested and my annual charges.... And they are refusing to transfer until I give them that Ridiculous

        Absolutely dire. Call themselves people pension. Well they don't work for the people. I'm in I'll health 8 weeks ago I approached them taking my small pot pension out. They keep mainlining excuses not to pay out. After all it's my money and I need it now. I wouldn't deal with these ever again.. I since been InTouch with these and still no joy. I'm off too the ombudsman to make my complaint.
