    Transfer out process is farcically slow with 2 week response rates on emails and comical levels of incompetence from their transfers out team How b&ce / people's partnership can claim to be carrying out their fiduciary duty beggars belief.

    Do not use , as others have mentioned you wont ever see your money back , constantly shifting the goalposts so you cannot access your money with constant new questions and requirements so they dont have to pay you your money . 5 months of this nonsense, the latest is they want to know how much the company Im transferring to is charging as a management fee . If you dont answer you dont proceed to the next round of sillyness

    Terrible company, takes 1 month to respond to an email. You'll be waiting six months minimum to initiate any kind of transfer from them...

    Really inept organisation. Wanted to transfer my workplace pension out - needed a letter from them with answers to questions, TWO months later I still didn't have it. Sent an email with answers after a month then the following day replied to my complaint saying they didn't have my original message and IT confirmed there were problems with the website and it was lost. Also posted me forms I didn't ask for. They closed my complaint without agreement and seem to want to sweep everything under the carpet. So glad I didn't find all this out 40 years down the line!
