Chicken Cottage Crawley

Most ridiculous chicken cottage, I have ever tried, rice were easily four days old and fillet inside burger was very hard, I requested staff to see the owner, and he came after 10 minutes, seems like he dont bother as well. When I asked him about the hard rice, he said its steamed rice, thats why theyre hard and he had no explanation for hard fillet. Not only your money is wasted. Your time will be wasted as well.

Food never arrived. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude, she was making fun of the situation, kept on talking over me and hung up on me while I was trying to explain. I'm now out of pocket and have one very hungry child.

We had ordered two box meals and a side of chicken wings. The box meals arrived, then after waiting 15-20 we asked where the wings were. They had forgotten which was no major issue but we were the only people in the restaurant. When the wings arrived they were completely rancid! Throw them straight in the bin. I would avoid at all Costs.

This place is a real let down, after trying other branches previous to this one opening, I was looking forward to having a chicken cottage in Crawley. Sadly, all you can expect is battered, translucent chicken burgers followed by dodgy stomach for a week. Would avoid.
