KFC East Grinstead

This restaurant has no wifi available and no signal. I ordered our food on the KFC app as you can collect points etc. This means I had already paid for the food. When I arrived I couldnt check in on the app due to the no access to wifi (including staff) and therefore I would need to order again but I would have to wait 5 days for the refund and I would have to pay again on the spot. After going over this multiple times and the staff trying to explain this to me they eventually gave us our food anyway as a good will gesture which was very sweet and they didnt have to do that. The food here is lovely and staff all seem really fed up as even they dont have access to the wifi as it hasnt been set up. I would recommend this place but hopefully these issues will be sorted soon.

KFC has gone downhill so much. There are other chicken places in town that actually serve a decent portion size, as opposed to this where the fillet burger is almost a mini fillet burger. On top of this, the actual restaurant here is always dirty. I don't think anyone bothers to keep it clean. Appreciate the customers are partly to blame here but the staff really need to keep on top of things. While the overall quality is kind of what you expect from KFC, I just wonder whether the standards have gone down hill over the years, or perhaps alternatives have got better. Either way, this place needs to up its game a bit.

Unfortunately that will be the last KFC I have for a while if ever again. It's getting very expensive which is expected but the quality of it has seriously deteriorated.... so dry. Rather pick up some chicken in the supermarket, much tastier and cheaper.
