Retrotouch Switches & Sockets

I installed several of the crystal rocker switches a few years back on a trade account, they only lasted a few months due to poor design. Sent them back and purchased touch switches instead (which I never received a refund). Now I need a few light switches, and they recommend purchasing through 3rd parties. All in all I have lost a lot of money though these guys and question their quality. Looking for alternative manufacturer.

I've had the crystal USB sockets for some time now and really like the modern look they give my room while they recharge my phone and various other devices every night. Recently I've 'upgraded' my lighting to smart lighting and found they do matching Friends of Hue light switches, however I bought a non-Friends of Hue switch that looked the same. On contacting Retrotouch support Melvyn has patiently explained the issue and offered to help fix my mistake while never pointing out the obvious fact i had been a bit of a plonker - fantastic customer service from a fantastic british company. Both the company and products highly recommended.

Excellent products - beautifully designed and made. The customer service is also wonderful: I phoned up, they personally checked stock for me and called me back. Highly recommended.
