So stunningly bad that I could not, and would not recommend. I would give zero, but the form doesn't allow you to do that. From the materials that they use through to the guarantee that they give you that isn't worth the paper that it was printed on, they have failed to provide a good service. They fitted a door to the rear of my house in 2015 that hasn't been right since day one, and despite contacting them and getting them out several times over a period of years to adjust and re-adjust, nothing has been rectified properly. There has been a litany of pathetic excuses from trying to claim that expansion of the door in summer that causes the door to strike hard against the frame is acceptable, through to coming up with every excuse to not recifiy the current issue that the door has now dropped internally and and is bowing quite badly. I am sure that they will comment that they tried to rectify the problem, but one visit to look at the door and very little activity on their part over about a year does not actually equate to an attempt to rectify the problem. I am sure that they would claim that Covid has caused problems, but in this case it hasn't been an issue as most contact has been by emails, a large part of which were not replied to. And blaming the supplier doesn't really wash either as I had a contract with Tropiglaze and not their supplier. Whilst I could take some sort of legal approach to the problem, I am going to save that money and replace the door using a company that actually has some intergrity. I would suggest that you do the same.

Tropiglaze Ltd fitted new patio doors for me. The workmen did an excellent job. Very happy with the result. I can'f fault them. Would certainly recommend this Company.

Isn't it great to find a local Company that you can trust, someone that does the work quickly, professionally and offers comprehensive advice whilst listening to what you are looking for. If that is your experience and you've had work on any number of double glazing products or projects, you've almost certainly found Tropiglaze. We have used them for years and would recommend them without question.
