        Dr Avery was as always very considerate, all of the staff at Langley Corner Surgery are very helpful and pleasant

        Excellent surgery, first class staff from admin to senior partner, been with this surgery for 23 years and have always received the same high level of service throughout. If Doctors are running late, Im happy to wait as they take the necessary time with patients and dont rush people in and out even though they are in such a time pressured situation.

        Most of the docs and nurses are good but the receptionist at the time are soo bad rude,arrogant,snappy love to take there life failings out on you hate the fact that there not docs so they demand to know what the problem and if u tell them its personal they won't give you an appointment. Can never get an appointment for my kids or anyone else for that matter may aswell shut the place down save the nhs some money its like we don't even have a docs anyway
