Very rude staff. It is an airport shop, so why tell a tired parent with child in tow to take trolley of luggage outside when trying to purchase food? Leaving luggage unattended outside the shop would surely lead to a security incident. Some staff customer service training is urgently required.

As always who doesnt love M and S for lunch. Just wish there were more vegetarian wraps that were not flagged all orange or red on the packaging. It is possible to do low cal veg food!! Other than this brill.
