Had a decent experience at Harrods (south of Gatwick airport) today, was served by a gentleman, cant recall his name. He was polite and had excellent customer service.

What a lovely bunch of sales associates here at Gatwick. All the stuff you forgot to get at Harrods. Check them out! Thanks Elliot and Maria you are so charming!!

Just at Gatwick Airport south terminal and I think that its just disgusting how staff treat one another. Two of the staff laughing, mimicking and imitating another staff member in the Michel korse section. I belive that staff member had hearing impairment and had her back to her collegue when looking for a bag when she never heard her collegue or possibly manager or supervisor (middle aged gummy looking old lady) rudely said 'HELLO' there is absolutely no need to be so rude to employees or one another! And then later when when she was describing the kind of bag she likes possibly one with a white strap the the other two staff were just smirking at each other and giggling! You call yourself professionals ? And women for that matter! Fix your attitude! Disgusted by this behaviour and cannot belive that such a shop would allow this behaviour to happen heart broken for tye lovely lady who seemed so lovely

Horrible customer service. After having seen that a close friend of mine (who was on the same flight) purchased an item of tea, I decided to do the same. However, they would not give me a Harrods little bag to carry it because their policy does not allow them to give more than one bag per group of travellers. (They actually said per family but corrected it with group of friends once I told them we do not live together). I find this absurd and almost offensive: because I look like one of the other person I am sitting with, they would endure this? Quite discriminating to be honest, probably hadnt the right accent I suppose. Ps: I left the item I was about to purchase and that I would have gifted to another friend. They wont fail because of that, but quite an unusual business policy. Good job Harrods!
