Check ur item before u leave the store , i bought a headphones , The box was opened riped and they re sealed it in the store ,when I asked her to changed the box give me an original sealed item she told me sometimes custumers want to check the item and they open it for them or damaged when delivered..... but ,come on ... I paid for the unopened brand new item , they souldnt sell opened box or at least they should put discount on it, I wanted a brand new unopened item , of course this was a last one , so i got refund ....Just waisted time , not recommed it

Queued up outside to collect my item only to get to the counter and be given a bashed up box and told sorry, the box and item are damaged. Was then told my options were to accept the damage item or get a refund and reorder the item myself because they couldn't sort out a replacement or reorder for me. Spoke to the manager who wasn't much better and gave me a good will gesture and said there you go passing me the box back. I had to say i didn't want the item and was left with no option other than to take a refund and sort out a replacement myself! Why they even told me my order was ready knowing it was damaged, i don't know. Not impressed.

Felt more unsafe here than any shop I have visited. Staff all close together chatting, home delivery puckers taking up half the aisles so that you cant get to products or around with 2m and too many people in store. Trolleys not being cleaned outside though did have the option of cleaning station inside after you have contaminated yourself putting your money in and pushing to the cleaning station Sort it out Sainsburys you are way behind and have lost customers

Horrible customer service. Do not shop at Argos here unless you are Caucasian. Very rude & RACIST store manager(Laura). I have never faced with such a horrible customer service.
