I would never go anywhere else. Both James and Nikki are very welcoming and make me feel at ease (which is so appreciated as I am terrified of the dentist!). Thank you both.

The practice claims to offer wheelchair access. Sadly, we discovered that the "access" consists of a temporary ramp to get over the entrance steps. The ramp didn't fit my wife's self-propelled chair and, consequently, jammed up on the hand rims. Once inside, the space is very cramped. with narrow corridors and tight corners. The only toilet is down a step and we could not even reach the door due to the corridors. The staff were very kind and apologetic about the situation and there was really nothing more they could have done given the limits of the building. It was just very frustrating that we had travelled a long way on the strength of recommendations only to find that the building is a long way short of meeting accessibility standards. Yes, they can just about manage to get someone in a wheelchair in and out of the surgery (as long as your chair fits their ramp and you have someone to help you) but that is not the same thing as accessible.

As a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist, not having been to one in 20 years, and worried about having a root filling done, I couldn't recommend this place higher. Mr Whitehead, the dentist, put my nerves at ease and did a fantastic job, put me out of pain and fixed the issue professionally and quickly. The experience was so good I've actually booked in again in a few weeks, which I would never have expected myself doing. Thank you!

My appointment with james this afternoon was great. Having a dentist, doctor and hospital phobia james was calm and reassuring. My back tooth was filled painlessly. Il be back. Thank you.

I was very disappointed in the treatment I received by Saqib Qureshi, as I had been recommended this practice. I have since had to attend another dentist who has now given me antibiotics for a gum infection which I discussed with Saqib.
