BEWARE THIS COMPANY. Used this so called company to deliver an expensive exercise bike. 2 months later nothing. Multiple emails saying different stories. Broken package, lost package, returned to sender apparently, etc etc. Quite difficult to lose an 84KG exercise bike. So I assume the third party courier they used for the job nicked it. They quote ridiculous prices to insure your goods so beware if you just take the normal delivery option. Its a con and these third party couriers know it. They can take anything they like and have no comeback. Wont return any emails now and they think its just going to go away. Ive received nothing back in compensation after discovering they have reimbursed others on the same delivery package. This company is terrible. I hope people read this review and do not use this company. Use an end to end courier that doesnt involve third parties. They are supposed to interview the driver etc etc but I am still to see any evidence so it seems we have no option but to inform the police of the issue after more than two months of a missing bike and being a lot of money out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EXPENSIVE OR IMPORTANT ITEMS

My parcel went missing and I asked Interparcel what was happening. They reported that the the courier (TNT) couldn't trace it and Becky started a claims process for me. Inteparcel settled the claim in just over two weeks. Brilliant!

Bit of a shambles of a company If you make a booking and select a certain collection time. this means absolutly nothing and often even isn't forwarded to the actual courier. All so when a driver turns up and your not in (because you're not expecting them) they are quick to charge you for a re-booking Apparently this is only made clear that its only an (advisory pickup window) after you have paid and they have sent you the conformation email. A bit underhand and a bit of a racket really in my view.

Terrible ! Shocking service! - my products are missing presumably stolen for 5 weeks now. I have had zero help from customer service not even a phone call. My money and products are lost. Tracking number 21858215 April 2023.
