        Why give an option to choose a delivery day and time when you don't deliver on that date? Why send a text saying an item will arrive between a certain time (the day after you chose) and it doesn't arrive at all? Can't even call them, and tracking number doesn't work. Online chat doesn't work. Given all of your 1 star reviews dating back several years, you would have thought you would have changed something about how the company is run, but clearly that would be too useful and convenient for customers.

        Absolutely Rubbish service, paid for a Saturday delivery, its Monday still no goods, no messages or contact from them, they should change their name DX (Delivered Exactly ??)
