Dpd did not deliver our computer to the right address they left it over the road on the neighbour doorstep our house central Redhill clearly marked with the house no. The driver was Mario. We saw the driver come up the road and asked if there was anything for us he said no. The day before he said on Dpd Mario again that he tried to deliver our computer, and said we were out, we were in all day. He did not ring our bell, we would of heard it. The neighbour found our computer on his doorstep and was shocked it was just left there in full view of the road, it is a through road and anyone could have taken it. It is very worrying that Dpd leaves expensive items at wrong houses and does not even ring the bell

I beg anyone who is thinking about sending their DPD parcel via this parcel shop to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth the hassle or risk. My parcel has no further tracking since the parcel drop off scan over a month ago. DPD take ages to investigate. Weird how my parcel contained goods worth over 300 and goes missing as soon as it's placed in their hands.

I don't like this kind of posts , but i feel like this needs to be out there to prevent in the future. I often use couriers due to my business, and depends on size is collection or drop off to a loca store. I was quite happy to see a DPD drop off in the Convenince Store on Horley road ( opposite McDonalds) . But , and there's a big but , they don't give a duck about your parcels and where they leave them to be picked by courier. Their lack of competence kept my parcel in store for 4 days I dropped the parcel on Thursday about 12 , a 24h delivery ! Checked friday if it was picked up , still in store. Saturday still there. Got there yesterday morning to find out what happened, my parcel was there , with an explanation "It was behind that fridge and the guy didn't see it " . 4 days in row he didn't see it They have a simple task , to take in parcels, and leave them in an open area to be picked up by courier. A simple task they failed , and could've cost me a sale and an unhappy customer. Please in the future avoid this silly managed store . I for sure will stick with Sainsbury local , as never had problems there
