Parcel collected from DPD collection point - and lost! Not able to contact anyone who can resolve this problem. Avoid using DPD.

Phoned DPD left my sky card in return unit but told bluntly driver could not return even after he not long left , very unhelpful

This company is a disgrace, they have let my company down countless times, we've continued to give them more chances but they have damaged our reputation too much now. Furthermore, it's nearly impossible to speak to anyone, when I finally did they either hung up or I was cut off by accident and I didn't get a ca back. Avoid like the plague.

So rarely do we get items delivered. But this recent time was appealing service. Firstly our parcels were delivered to the wrong address. Luckily it wasn't too far away, and the neighbors were genuine and handed the items over. Second. I called the HQ, they said they would get the driver to call me on my number in the next hour, which didn't happen. They called my wife(name on products) fair enough, but over an hour later, when my wife answered they failed to converse, they just hung up.
