        Absolutely shocking....can't put service as there wasn't any. My item was returned to sender as they stated that it had been refused. No one was home at the time they said they spoke to someone and why would we refuse an item we had ordered and paid for? Spent 2 hours on the chat trying to explain that the driver had NOT been to our house at the time stated, neighbours and ring doorbell footage backs this up but still they refused to accept this and sent my item back... Well, it apparently it is is 2 boxes and one is supposed to be out today for delivery (why weren't they delivered together?).... Let's see as all they said was the drivers satnav said he was in the right place! How about the driver asking the person at the door is this your name and address???? What a complete bunch of amateurs who should not be running a business or who should employ better drivers and customer service. After finding out they had tried to deliver to the wrong address you would think they would actually try to deliver to the correct one rather than send the item back. Disgusting, useless company, nothing good to say at all!

        Absolutely unprofessional and rubbish service from these clowns and giving me geocodes of a field in village next to mine as proof of delivery. YODEL please understand that most of us have CCTV and it covers both the drive and the road outside our property. At no stage did your van drive past our property and no delivery driver walk down our drive at the time you apparently tried to deliver my parcel. This is probably the reason I do not leave a calling card as you were trying to deliver to a field in the village next to mine you bunch of amateurs. The last time you came to my property to deliver something, you opened my gate and threw the parcel on the drive in the rain like the professional delivery service you aspire to be.
