        Package arrived in the country on the 30th March, despite trying to get in touch many, many times and writing messages as well, it has still not turned up. Awful service. Keep asking to speak to a human being - what a joke.

        Awful company, pushchair was due out for delivery on 20/02/2023 never turned up, when I click on tracking it says unable to retrieve tracking details at this time unable to talk to a human on the phone without creating an account with them and ADDING YOUR BANK CARD! ridiculous, will never buy from a company that uses this courier again!

        Crawley Depot have lied about attempting to deliver the parcel on 28th December 2022 and I am still waiting 6th January. Online chat can only do so much. I dont think they have attempted to deliver it once. Avoid this company, totally useless. Its still sitting at the depot. Not worth 1 star. So frustrating
