        Not a pleasant experience in the slightest. Paid over 600 for a document that I am not satisfied with in any way shape or form. Customer service focus' is to justify their position rather than listen to what is being said to them. Now I am without a suitable document, 600 lighter with this company director refusing refunds and I still have to go elsewhere to get the required document. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To add insult to injury this company was recommended by an employer, we thought we would be able to trust their judgement. A local will writer has offered a service they guarantee will address all of our requirements or a full refund will be provided without question, this local writer are willing to do this at a fraction of the price already charged by James McKenzie (Wills) Limited.
