        My wife tried to send a parcel to go back to hermes. The person behind the counter was very rude and threatening. I have reported him to Hermes and will not be going back there again. I would avoid this shop at all costs. I have spoken to a few people and his issue seems like he does not like women and is very rude to them.

        I was a regular here for buying mobile recharge top ups but now I will never buy anything from here ... I bought 5 magnum ice cream and was charged 10 pounds for same .. .. when I checked online it was around 1.6 pounds for 4 magnum ... this is like 5 times its retail price And I feel extremely cheated by this exuberant markup .... I immediately went back literally within 5 mins and asked to return to the same person but he denied .. I dont know if this even matters but you lost a customer permanently today
