Staff lack customer service skills Never a warm greeting , seem to think they are doing the customer a favour being there Do not challenge customers for not wearing a mask. Profit before health Self's often empty excuse awaiting a delivery ???

The staff are excellent and very friendly. Problem is that they are trying to compete with the big boys. If you want online shopping don't use a convince shop. The staff are timed fir home delivery , so the customer in the shop has to wait. Nit happy.

I went to Mccolls at 2:55pm on a Sunday afternoon to use the post office which closes at 3pm. Id had a bad experience with the post office in Crawley town centre and was feeling a little stressed out. Alisha was fantastic. She was helpful, informative and friendly. She helped me get my parcel sent with 2 minutes to go before it closed. I go into Mccolls often and Ive always had positive experiences. On Sunday Alisha went above and beyond for me and it deserved recognising.

Got there at 5 to 10 and they locked up when it states open till 11pm on the door on Saturdays. Luckily they had everything I needed in the other shop! ( VITOS )
