Poor customer service. I was hoping that some of the reviews are underrated. Unfortunately, this is true- the seller needs some customer service training. I went there to collect one of my parcels. He could not find it and when someone came in he started serving them. 2 days later I had another parcel to collect. My bad, the same story happened. A week later my last (delayed) parcel arrived and I thought if this happens again I will have enough and I may say something it happened This time there was a woman who said she parked on the double line. Sorry, who cares that there is not enough space in front of the shop. I live too far away from this place, I had to drive and I also did not have space, so I parked on the side road making sure I do not block/ take any residents space. It was maybe 200m away from the shop. Big deal. I walked! Good for my health! I will never use their service again. Shame. I used to like this shop because you can buy many essentials in there.
