We got two takeaway coffees. Waited a long while for a very Amateur attempt at long black and caf latte. They even boiled the milk so the texture of the caf latte was horrible. First try of Costa chain and the last.

As you will be able to see on the table, it is two Lattes and one hot chocolate. The drinks were only warm, and the chocolate tasted very watery. One nice member of staff made another one. She said if it was still not enough chocolate, I could get a refund. The cake was dry and needed to have a drink with it. The jam part was the nicest bit of this small portion. Also, for the price I would sadly not recommend it personally. As all of you know, I am honest and don't like to complain. To be honest, also, I would have thought they the drinks (as large as they are) would have been brought to the table. There are plenty of staff, surprisingly, and they are at this time in a quiet period. Anyway everyone's experience is different. I hope if you visit you have a better experience. The nice-looking hot chocolate is the second one. Thank you to the young lady who made it, but it still wasn't enough of a chocolate taste.
